  The are always very quick and the barbacoa, tamales, and carnitas are always delicious. The tortillas are always fresh and warm.

  Good barbacoa, tamales and everything I between plus staff friendly. Been going here for years so they make you feel right at home when you walk in.

  I had been looking for a place to get tamales by the dozen when this place came recommended to me by my grandma. My first time there I ordered 4 dozen pork and pork-jalapeno tamales to share with family and friends during the holiday season. Everyone who tired them said they were amazing and I absolutely agree. I've been several times since then and The beans one are great as well but the chicken is dry. I also like how this place is conveniently located off the highway, makes it even easier to make an excuse to stop there!

  Tortillas are great - but when we ask for extra onions, or leaner meat, or anything that deviates from what they normally give you, they won't do it. Not sure why. And boyfriend thinks the meat is too greasy.

  Been coming to this place for over 15 years. Always get that same familiar feeling of comfort food from my childhood. Feels like family and the food is always good. Glad they are still around after all these years. The tamales, bunuelos and tripas were a hit at Christmas. Family from all over Texas were fighting over the leftovers.
