::They've always been friendly at my many times eating at Addis. I love the Doro Alcha chicken with the brown Teff sponge bread. The combination dishes are generally the way to go, since (sadly!) the portion size on the individual dishes is quite small. Love the place though. 5th visit. Doro Alcha chicken was great but is still a small portion when ordered solo. That and The vegetarian platter are a good portion for two people. The cottage Cheese appetizer was fantastic! The pureed lentils were amazing but are better ordered not spicy. The tomato salad is phenomenal. The tea is delicious. My favorite: Ayib Begomen - Cottage cheese appetizer Doro Alcha x 2 - ginger butter chicken Ask for double vinegar tomato salad Vegetarian combo - yellow lentils alcha + split peas alcha (double up on these or just get another Vinegar Tomato Salad tikle gomen chickpea paste

::Red Sea Addis is an awesome Ethiopian experience. Great food and dining experience. There are a few Ethiopian places around town this is the most expensive but easily the best. Every dish here is amazing even the vegetarian options. Be prepared to eat with your hands.

::Living in Northern Massachussetts, this restaurant is somewhat out of my way but still worth the trip. Tucked away on Tremont Street, it's hard to spot unless you know it's there. This is the first place I bring friends from out of town to enjoy a good meal in an alluring atmosphere

::Always very tasty food especially if vegetarian, at a good price.

::Good but not great. Injera was a more on the flavorless side. Overall food needed a bit more flavor.
