  Stay clear of this place! If I can give this place a minus 5 I would. Replacing stones is a crime. But hard to prove. Just a heads up for next victim. Customer service is non existent... Stamping 14k on 8k Cooper filled jewelry is a crime. ..you've been warned

  NEVER sell your Gold here. They offer ridiculous %50 or lower (deadly cheap) prices for your Gold and pretend with a dictatorship attitude that is the best offer you'll find . Walk down the street on Westchester Ave and you WILL see for yourself the better ,more fair ,offers you will get. Step 1. Find out the karat (14k,18k,24k highter meaning the more pure thus expensive)and weight in penny weights (dwt) and grams of your gold (they will try to confuse you with either weights if your naive of one of the other). Step 2. Their are many websites that will calculate for you the price of your gold by weight and karat based on the markets current price of Gold. Which keep in mind goes up and down regularly. So try if you can do go when Gold prices are rising, not sinking. No " we buy gold" place will give you %100 percent what its worth because they need leeway to make a profit when they melt it , but generally your looking for 80% and above of the actual price based on step 1. This store by far offers you less that 50% of what its worth and the Russian lady will stand firm on her offer thinking your desperate and she's hoping you didn't do your homework. Many people walk in unknowing and just agree to her, but if you walk in and know how much its worth and then hear her price offer you will laugh. I was insulted that she thought I was that dumb to offer me a third of the price I knew my piece was, she even pretended the two second standard chemical test to verify the karat authenticity cost extra. Which it does not in any other gold buying place. DO YOUR HW if you can, shop around, You will be surprised and thankful your '$75 dollar chain actually worth $300 in the same kind of business store walking distance away. Sorry Helga, your secrets out. We are not all dumb junkies willing to take the bad deal. Your not the only place in town let alone the street and your offers are insulting.
