Went in there for one thing, they failed to tell me it was sold, then they bullied me in to choosing something that I didn't want, after which they stuck me with a high apr, (I said I could come back next week with rest of deposit) After already putting 1,000 down but they forced me into thinking they would be giving me a good deal. Never told me how much the car was and I was thinking they stuck to my budget since I told them it was 9,000 STEVEN also lied about my insurance rate and told me it was 260 to later find out it was 590. They are crooks don't trust them don't buy for them TYPICAL SLEEZY DEALERSHIP AND MY CAR HAS MANY PROBLEMS THEY KNEW ABOUT BUT FAILED TO MENTION. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Car WAS A LEMON!!!! Purchased an Acura TL in October 2016 the guys were cool at the place but the car was a lemon. They doctored the car up to get it sold but less than 2 months in the wheels (they had painted) started chipping badly and the car developed a bad sound. Last Friday the engine completely died Acura wants $4700 to replace....This place ripped off another guy who found me on Instagram asking me if i purchased from this dealership. I said I did.....he told me 5 months before mine died so did his....TERRIBLE CARS AT THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I have been shopping for a car for over a month and went a so many dealers and they all had the same sale methods they push you buy and take the car they want to sell That wasn’t the story at Adam auto group I went there and the sale people were very patient and weren’t pushy they allowed to test drive a couple of cars and I didn’t know which car i wanted they told to take my time on deciding which car to buy I was shocked that they didn’t try to push me to buy I came back the second day and wanted to buy the Honda Accord the sale guy Omar offered me to test drive the car again I wanted my uncle to check the car out because he is a mechanic.. they didnt mind they even drive the car to his shop and waited until he checked it out Once I came back and wanted to talk about the price and my options with financing the finance person his name was Steve was amazing he got me approved (( my credit is really bad )) he worked really hard to get me a low payment he even called the finance back and tried to lower the interest and he did Such a great experience I can’t be any happier and thankful for everything they done for me I would recommend any one to go there and buy a car They are very understanding and honest Thank you Adams auto group for everything

Not very happy but some of it is my fault. Bought a 2010 Nissan Murano. 2 front tires were almost bald. Couldn’t pass inspection. Then when I went to take off tires I noticed there was a lug nut lock on each tire only to find that there is no lug but lock lug to take off the locked lug nuts. Meaning I have to buy a tool to remove the locked lug nut on each tire. Besides that, the price on the website says the car is $11,000 and change but it turns out it was closer To $13,500 after I put the down payment down. The added money was for the “warranty” for 2 years. I hope I don’t have to use this warranty because I fear it’s not a real warranty and I’ll have to pay out of pocket. If I could do it all over again, i would skip this used car dealership. You’re better off going to a regular dealership, Honda, Ford, Subaru, Nissan and buying a used vehicle from them. At least you know where the car will be getting fixed and you won’t run into the minor things this dealership would screw you over with
