  Marcia G gave me a "manicure" if you even want to call it that. I had on acrylic tips and needed them removed before a regular manicure. Instead of letting them soak before removing, she insisted on SCRAPING them off with the metal tool or the file. It got so bad that I almost bled in the CENTER of my nail because she filed down so much and scraped so hard. She then tried to paint my nails using the thickest coat to cover up the acrylic that was still there. My nails dried in ONE hour and had tons of bubbles. I didn't even attempt to ask her to fix it because I knew she would mess it up even more. She also had to ask the other lady how to remove acrylic and paint. The other lady sat in the first chair, closest to the door, and was more entertained by the soap opera playing on her phone than doing her job. I do not recommend this place and will be submitting a complaint to BBB and the NYS department as NONE of their technicians have their licenses posted. Marcia G looked like a teenager who wanted to earn a few quick bucks - absolutely had no idea what she was doing.

  This is one of your more expensive salons. The girl that Did my pedi mani was good. But I do not like that they were going to charge me more for a cc. This is all illegal. And the owner had a bad attitude. I believe because I am white. She should be good to me when I gave her worker a $5 tip on a $23 service. She had her worker give me the $2 back b cause I caused a fit. I told her to keep it because her boss needed it more then me. Proper customer service is for her the manager to come and say sorry and fix the mess. It was toonimportant for her to have a non important phone call on her cell phone then look after her customers. The positive reviews must have been from Friends. Go figure. This salon is not on trip advisor. There is a reason For this. Trust me. When you do stuff like this you should watch out for a tax man. Do Not upset people over $2. It is common sense.
