  I do not write reviews but I have to write this time . We went there on Saturday afternoon and they treat you like invisible! No one would explain to you we just look around by ourselves ! The guy I did ask one question before we leave he said any questions? If you want a good experience please try to ignore this place

  Not sure who others dealt with at this dealership and why the bad reviews but I have dealt with 3 different Acura dealers in the past and dealing with Sunny at Acura of Valley Stream was by far my best experience yet. Not just himself but everyone there helped my father and I get the deal done and I picked it up the very weekend. He handled my insurance and everything before I came in. Picking up the car was even smoother than getting the deal done, he had all documents ready and explained all the features of the vehicle which is something I never got before at other dealers. I give them 5 stars all the way and will be back again!

  Bought a "certified pre-owned" car from Valley Stream. After getting home, I realized the car had body damage that wasn't disclosed and upon more careful scrutiny, I realized they had not prepped this car well at all, much less "certify" it. I found numerous items that would have failed any reputable Acura's certification process. I reached out to VS Acura several times to get them to assist me. They completely ignored me. I had to get Acura Corporate involved. They opened a case and upon reviewing my car, sided with me that the certification process had been badly botched. I had to take the car to a body shop to have the damage repaired and to two other shops to have all my issues resolved. Acura Corporate guided me through the ordeal and reimbursed me for the extra expenses I incurred to get this car up to standard. Ridiculous experience and I would NEVER buy from this place again. I've never encountered a legitimate business that completely ignored a customer. And I'm not one of those crazy, raving, lunatic persons who is demonstrative and cursing at everyone. I was very tactful and professional in trying to get resolution from them. Woeful experience. Never again.

  Most worst dealership I ever seen in my life. We went yesterday we was waiting 35 minutes no body say hi not even what you looking for. 1 employee working with customer rest of the employees are busy them self talking each other. We are looking MDX our self. When we come outside we meet 1 person at parking lot we share our experience he told me the same thing. Now we decide no more MDX we are go through Infiniti QX60 by by Acura.

  Surprisingly unlike other car dealerships, this place you have to do jumping jacks for anyone to notice you're car shopping and could use a little help.. most dealerships have dealers hounding you as soon as you arrive.. not this place.. so I went elsewhere.
