  He is an "ambulance chaser". A car crashed into me in Grandview. He pulled up and began hitching up my car with no conversation. I explained how I had a tow truck coming from AAA. He didn't speak and kept hooking up my car. I was confused, thinking maybe he was the AAA guy and was just unpersonable. He got my car up, and then finally spoke: "If you want your car, I've got to get paid first." He took/stole it to his place. I had to get the police involved. He threw objects from his desk (stapler, etc) at me and the officer while we were in his office "negotiating" to get my car unhooked. AAA said they have had many issues with Action Automotive. Bottom line - refuse his "service" at any and all costs.

  Do NOT even waste your time or money here! They take forever to do anything, overcharge, and the owner/manager is EXTREMELY rude to his customers and doesn't even know how to properly fix vehicles! I'm pretty sure the only reason this place is still in business is because some of the cars can't make it out of town. But I'll pay for a wrecker to take it elsewhere before I'd ever take my car there again.
