As I am just getting in to the sport of riding, she helped me to figured out what size bike i need, and then helped to guide me in the right direction for what i actually need instead of trying to get me to spend more money on things that i don't. ::Great service! I went in looking for a lock, they walked me through why a U-lock is needed for the area, then installed the mount for no charge. He even lubed the lock hole to make it easier to maintain! Great experience compared with other bike shops in the area. I'll be returning for all my future purchases.
