  Robbed!! I purchased 2 tickets 3 months in advance @$140 per ticket + $20 fee (total of $160 per ticket. Overall paid $320 U.S which cost me $400 Australian. Picked up my physical ticket and the tickets were $71!!! $71!!! I asked why this was and they said it's what we charged for them. Extremely dishonest!! If your going to double the price of tickets and also charge extravagant fees then disclose the original price of the ticket so people know what they're actually buying. The website said $140 so that what I thought was the value of the ticket not the ridiculous marked up price. Ruuned my experience before I have even arrived.... disappointed.... have been deceived and people should know about there dishonesty.

  Paid $172. 6 months ago for a ticket to last night's incredible red sox game that I could not have seen from my very obstructed view grandstand 27 row 1 seat 2. Definitely feel cheated buyer beware.

  Nov 5, 2016: I believe I have just been totally scammed by Ace Tickets. I purchased two tickets on line from Ace for a Patriots game. When FedEx delivered the tickets, the actual price of the ticket was shown on the ticket. Ace charged me nearly 3X the face value of the ticket, plus, an additionally 50% over the face value for "Handling Fee"!!! This type of scalping has to be against the law.

  sometimes its just better to come here for tickets instead of Higs next door the definetly have way better much friendlier service and they are quick to what you are looking for you do pay a service fee but it is to secure your ticket and confirm you bought it they also have MUCH longer hours open til 9pm mos days ( higs you SUCK with yours hours! M-T til 4 then F-Sat 3? what kind of crap is that really?) also it is much closer to the garden with halftime pizza cvs, tavern in the square and many bars all steps away as well as mcdonalds and qdoba if you are looking for tickets and are short on time dont worry they got you! i have bought easily 5 sporting event tickets here and every time my service was always good you do pay extra for better service dont forget that! also they can be cheaper than them depending on what you want higs is NOT ALWAYS the place with deals im not paying more when i see it for less here sometimes dont get why they do that...
