::One of the worst experiences I had with a rental car company. First thing is they close at 6:00 pm!!! My flight landed at 6 and then catching a shuttle there was another 20 - 30 mins. If you are a rental car company you figure they would open until 9 or 10 so their customers can get to them. I was just lucky they were located in the hotel I was booked at or I would have been stranded at the airport. Then when I came downstairs when they opened the customer service agent was rude and seemed like they did not want to be there. I told them my situation and was told that my reservation would have automatically cancelled and I would have to make a new reservation. When I explained to them that my reservation was made through my company and then they decided to look up my reservation a d location and behold there it was not cancelled. I don't know how ACE could be considered a rental car company when they are not even open like the other rental car companies and be there for their clients. I also don't understand how they can even bid on the corporate or how they even got their name on the list. I would give ACE a zero if I could and will never pick it to rent a car on my business travels. Rude customer service and hours that are not convenient for their clients. Just a FYI I missed an important meeting the day I was supposed to pick up my car and I was lucky enough that my supervisor understood the situation.

::Waste of time and money. Waited an hour to receive my rental car then when I got a quoted price of $113 my total came out to $300. So many hidden taxes, fees and other expenses.if you are a local renter don't even bother going here. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

::Worst rental experience ever they have a ton of hidden fees that they said were stated online but it was not, worst place ever to go for a rental, the staff was very rude and the wait time for the rental was ridiculous. If it were possible to rate lower than 1 star I would.

::SCAM. Online it seems like a good deal but they throw on extra charges. $78 online and then it ended up being over $200 with $500 deposit. I bought insurance online and they said I had to buy "their insurance". Okay, so what was that insurance I bought? Surprise, theirs is more expensive. Online it said unlimited miles NOPE NOT HERE. I cancelled it there and left. Wasted $80 in cab rides. Ruined my whole trip. Lady at the desk with red hair is terrible with customer service. I called and on the phone they aren't any better. I've rented a lot of cars and I've never had to deal with this. Everything about this experience felt cheap and weird. Kind of like buying hair dye at the dollar store *cough cough*

::Don't even bother with this company. Online it shows one price due at pick up, When i arrived the rep said he needed an additonal payment of $2,500 for insurance. Sike! Hertz, Budget or enerprise don't ask for that much unless you getting a Lambo or Porsche
