  No way to order the annual pass online. No office hours posted on Google maps. No information on their website. No information over the phone /voicemail/office hours. It is as if they are trying to discourage the annual pass or any customer service. For a minimal effort they could make this process simple for the customers. But they do not.

  The ace parking garage I visited is underground, below the Radisson hotel on Van Ness between Tulare and Fresno Streets. To access the garage the entrance is on the south side of the hotel between Club One Casino and the Radisson. Another entrance if your traveling west bound on Tulare just past "M" Street, but before Van Ness Avenue. Parking here is free after 6:00 pm weekdays only until 6:00am. Free on weekends. Get your parking slip\ticket validated by the vendor you visit.
