  Very friendly, local hardware store with a small town feel even though it's a huge municipal city with 4+million people... had a small town, very friendly, kind of place. Very helpful!

  I shop here when I don't feel like braving the home Depot traffic and am always impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. Not overly aggressive like they used to be here. They have a big selection in almost every category besides lumber.

  When I dont want to fight the crowds at Walmart I go to Ace.... They have a lot of the same items.. Just a smaller space.. Which helps cuz I have a hard time walking very far these days...

  When you talk about excellent customer service it's Donna the GM . She is so awesome. She went out of her way to order my garden needs. I am so very Happy. She saved me money and I still was able to use my reward coupon. Donna you made my day. The customer service in this ace keeps me from ever going anywhere else.
