  Fast! Efficient! Low prices! No nonsense! If they don't have a part, they'll get it for you.I paid $40 for a control arm the dealer wanted $450!!! Customer service is great. Very much worth the drive from Minneapolis!

  Twice now, A lady named Jess has lied to me. The first time was when I needed a starter with the solenoid on it. I had called and asked her if they had the starter WITH the solenoid available. "Let me check, oh yes, we have a whole bunch of those in stock". Two days later, I went to buy this part. She told me this, "We don't sell starters with the solenoid". I had to beg her to have someone look for it, and she gave me a horrible attitude about me begging her. One in stock. If you don't know what you are talking about, Jess...you shouldn't be working there. Today I had called and happened to get her on the phone again! I needed a rim and the cheapest used tire they had in stock that was what we needed for our truck. I gave her the exact number on our tire before we even wanted to waste our time going there. She had me completely confused on the phone and said to just come down and look at the rim they had to be sure it was the one we needed. My husband and I got there, and she called me by my first name! My husband again told Jess that we needed a rim and the cheapest tire that would fit our needs. Jess told us it would be a little over $76 that was with the tax for the rim, the tire, the mounting and balancing it. Within 10 minutes, we were called up to pay. I kid you not, Jess lied right to our faces. AGAIN!! The tire wasn't included in the $76.00 she had JUST told us it would be. We told her that we wanted the cheapest tire they had, with a rim that would fit our truck. Jess had no idea what she is talking about, nor should she be working anywhere near customers! Of course we were upset! This is absolutely ridiculous and she needs to be retrained or let go. Unacceptable! She lured us there by saying just come and look at the rim to be sure it's what you claim that you need. Once we got there, she tried to get us to spend much more money than what we had. It is a shady, dirty thing to do to people. THEN, the do offer a price adjustment on a potential bill...BUT they don't tell you that before they have completely upset you. We were told that Jess would work with us on that price adjustment. My husband, by that time was furious and she told him that "adjustment" wouldn't be happening because she didn't like my husband's attitude. WHY send us back to the rip that just lied to our face to beg for a discount?? This whole place is nothing but a scam. Time to call the BBB, and inform the powers that be about the scams going on there.

  Picked up a random interior part for my car. Was easy and they had it there. Edit 5-4-18 Bought some hardly used tires! Got a great deal and they are super nice tires. Saved a few hundred bucks!

  Called in to check on parts for my vehicle. Employee answered the phone and his voice indicated he was in a rush. I asked if they have my specific vehicle and he didn't reply for about a minute. He then simply stated no we don't have anything for that, then hung up on me. I still had more business to discuss with him, so I called back. Phone rang for about 2 minutes with no answer. Thanks for the help Ace!

  Looked for Hard to find part that had been discontinued. Called and was able to help me. They checked and told me within minutes that they did have the part. They shipped it out pretty fast and received in just a couple of days. I would definitely use them again in the future.
