  In our foundation repair business we depend upon Accurate for buried line locating services. Never had a problem with over a decade of usage on a monthly basis.   Been about a year and still happy with their work. I had a couple other plumbers say they were going to come out and quote to only stand me up. Left waiting. A couple other plumbers wanted to tunnel under the house. Accurate leak used their equipment to trace the sewer lines out and determined it would be better to run the replacement sewer line out side of the foundation as it was a straight shot to the main city sewer line with a minimum of under the foundation digging and no cement foundation work. Accurate L&L did what they said they were going to do and did it when they said they would do it at a fair price.

  My mom house got a crack straight up her brick this past Jan 2017 and I have been having the area evaluated. Her tub had stopped and nothing would clear it until I put weed killer in it and now it drains fine. However, that area stays pretty damp and started to accumulate mold and to prevent further damage I called the city to check their lines and they said nothing was wrong with their lines. So I called AL&L and Chad was detailed in his research and analysis wherein he found that nothing was wrong except that the city line had roots and I needed to call them again to see what could be done before it backed up and got serious. The area also had water that may stand for several hours after rain and the french drain would have to be done most likely. He referred 1st Choice Foundation and it appears their reviews are just as good. So great to have people who are efficient, thorough, professional, honest and fair! It is great to see people who value and try to live the same way I do!
