::Darlene doesn't know how to do her job giving false information to customers. I talked to doctor Kim and told him I was taking my 80 six-year-old mother to get dentures he said he would take care of her they never gave her any impressions .I was told by Darlene that we had $2000 credit .I had to set up her coming from the senior center ,.my wife had to take 2 hours off of work .once we got there they told her that they had to wait before they took any impressions because he had a check of the insurance Would pay it . Darlene never mentioned that she could have paid the $760 co-pay I sent my wife there to assist my mother and we were unaware that we needed to pay anything that's why we never asked because Darlene had said that she had $2000 credit for her dentures I was very disappointed with doctor Kim and miss Darlene doctor kim's been working in San Antonio good luck and I hope you find a permanent spot in San Antonio. No more business from my side.

::I highly recommend this office, the staff are always very friendly and the office manager explains everything before the service and charges which is super helpful. If you are looking for an affordable dentist that has hours to work around your work schedule I recommend Access Dental.
