  The receptionists are so kind and always so friendly! Ariana, she works at the front desk and she is always smiling and so eager to help patients and brings a smile to everyone’s face. the staff there are always willing to give the best possible service, i love it here!

  This location is my go-to and have never had any issues with them. Front desk, assistants and dentists are all great. I also appreciate the multiple reminder calls and texts that they send—makes it easy to not miss appointments you’ve made in advance. I also appreciate the treatment plans that Dr. Shah has broken down for me, the steps I need to take, and every step of the way I truly feel like he has my best interests in mind. He’s great!

  I most definitely have to give the utmost rating to this entire establishment. From the very first time I met Dr. Shaw it just felt different and I’m glad I chose to have my case done here. The staff her and all employees are also 5 out of 5. As perfect as my teeth and my case turned out (well above even my expectations), I’d give my perfect teeth to someone else just because I wouldn’t mind going through this experience at Access Dental 7th St Austin,TX all over again!! Do yourself a favor and choose this doctor and the staff for your forever smile!!

  I am a student at UT and came in for an exam and cleaning! Dr.shah and his assistant Lily are awesome!! The assistant was so kind and they both had gentle hands! Highly recommend this place, hated going to dentist before this place !

  I went to a different dental office and the cost to get a crown was above my budget. So i tried Access and they saved me so much money. And i was even able to add a deep cleaning. Dr Loya was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Ariana at the front desk was very professional and helpful in getting my appointments set, and checking me in.
