  Have a friend for 40 yrs. that was sent to Apex only to be sent a bill for over $10,000. also, was lied about the job placement which never came about but the bill did. stay away from this place if state officials did their jobs correctly this place would've been closed down over 20 yes ago. corruption you can smell it over their it's all over not fair for those who are looking for opportunities to better their lives. what a disgrace this place and new York state has become.

  Stay far away! They should be fired pensions revoked. Vesid should be investigated and be closed by the federal government. They do nothing to help the poor and downtrodden. Vesid works with the vendors and employees. It a big agency that needs to be reorganized. The counselors are arrogant and racist individuals. Few are honest and knowledgeable individuals. Take them to court and have impartial hearing torture them with litigation. They are corrupt including their management team. Be careful with them and document all your discussions. And keep notes their unscrupulous individuals. Including Steve Weinstein, he should be dismissed and his corrupt staff. Hopefully, the Trump administration will eradicate these bloodsuckers who exploit the poor. Or some godly attorney or judge will have judicial review over Acces VR. Wasted money and resources. And get rid of Vesid Access VR. And replaced it with an honorable staff of administrators. They are very bad people! Including their Manhattan division. And I pray Gd. Reveals them. This is a systemic problem nationwide. Corruption and greed!

  I got hired at UPS which was awesome however when I applied for ACCES-VR it wanted to know about my disability in which I understand but it had the R WORD !!!!!!

  This program should be investigated for false advertisement.I had a very bad case worker who was supposed to assist me with getting employment in administration assistant, instead sent me to the wrong places, not once but twice. even told me we can't guarantee you getting a job in that field then what are these people in business for? case worker ended up offering me a job only twice a week as a security guard. they will end up offering you a job as a security guard or janitor work trust me you'll be wasting your time with this corrupted program two other reviews gave this one star out of five if it was up to me I wouldn't even give this program a half-star.
