  This is the worst insurance company I've had the displeasure of doing business with. Canceling a policy is unnecessarily complicated. The customer service representatives are apparently trained to delay and frustrate all attempts to cancel. This is not how you handle customers.

  Since the very beginning back in 2010, Jeff, at Titan Insurance, has always been up to par with updates and changes to our policy.
