  I love this bank. The new remodel is nice. My favorite bank is the downtown location. Everyone that works at the Tejon St location are great. No matter how much you can mess up, they fix it with a smile 😊. You feel welcome. Update I know women change their mind. A few weeks ago I had a issue with my debit card. Well I go there, see my favorite person. Not even thinking of her lunch hour. So I sat down beside her, seeing what's new with her and me. The guy that works there comes up and tells me to go sit over there, cause she is on her lunch break. Ok she said she only has 2 minutes left and then she will help me. After I went home, I thought how rude and uncalled that was . And said it loud. I'm glad nobody was in there. A few ago a manager did the same thing. He is not there anymore. Thinking about it the more I got upset 😭 and mad. So a few days ago I had to go back to the bank to change my pin. The new girl informs me that Cr_____e does not work there any more. I love the bank and they are in many states. I have been with them since 2016 and really don't want to change banks. The state I'm moving to has a Academy Bank. So I'm staying there. I hope Cr_____e reads this and tell her how kind and helpful she was. And appreciate the kindness she always gave me. So I will miss her.

  I went to retract some information from one of my old accounts and Chrissy at the main branch downtown on Tejon was extremely helpful and professional!

  Academy bank is a horrible bank. Customer service is rude 90% of the time. The online app is not accurate at all with my balance. They charge overdraft fees even when you make sure the account is above negative. They also told my bf he couldn’t open a savings account. Which makes no sense would not recommend The manger at this branch is the absolute rudest person in have ever met! Would not recommend any academy bank branch. They all are horrible

  My son and I had complex banking issue and didn’t have a clue about how to solve it. However, we were blessed to have Kristine Helgeson at the Tejon St AcademyBank in Colorado Springs. We sat down in her office, and within 10 minutes Kristine had solved our problem!!! I cannot express my gratitude to this wonderful woman. We’ve been with AcademyBank since 2006, and they have always been helpful. But Kristine was so professional, helping, and knowledgeable….we will always remember this. Thank you Kristine and AcademyBank!!!!

  I recently came back to Academy Bank due to bad experiences at another bank. Long story short, Crissie was extremely helpful getting everything arranged. In my book, she went above and beyond the call of duty. The branch on Tejon in Colorado Springs is lucky to have her!
