  It's a pretty nice and clean,though somehow small Masjid.A kind brother named Abdulbaset Elhshik is the caretaker of the mosque,a position he's held since 2009.He's responsible for many improvements in the mosque,such as the lighting in the basement,exit lights, and building the current ramp in the entrance,which is much better than the decaying old one. You can't know this mosque without knowing him.Great guy!

  This was my second visit to Abu Khadra Mosque. This visit was part of the Islamic Center of Minnesota's Open House. As with my first visit through the Minnesota Council of Churches' Taking Heart program, everyone was gracious and hospitable. On this visit I got to see the ablution room. The Mosque is named after the family who donated the building, the Abukhadra family.

  This masjid is historically the first masjid in Minnesota. Bathrooms are very well maintained and clean. Jzk
