  The guy with the broken hand was given my wife a really hard time to just replace a tire that we purchased from them, like we would spend days coming back and forth to fix it. Not all the staff is reasonable

  These guys were really helpful, pleasant, and honest. I've been here twice and would go back for sure. Just know that you stand and wait by the counter until they are ready to help you - I was a bit unsure if I was missing something the first time. Check google maps to see their least busy times and be patient. Worth it if you're looking to save some money.

  DO NOT SELL YOUR DIGNITY SHORT... DO NOT GIVE THE YOUR MONEY!!! For the few extra bucks I rather pay for service. There is no organization what so ever and the employees don't appreciate you. Waited about an hour before I got acknowledged by the employee in the picture. He served patrons that came after I did and still didn't serve me. This place will waste your time and rip you off. Should've read the other reviews about location.

  Horrible service waited here for 4 hours and when I finally got serviced tire fell off of my truck while driving the next day. Could have died. I guess you get what you pay for but I would not think safety would be compromised as well.

  This place could be a great discount tire place... ...if they had a shred of integrity, professionalism or ethics. Not everyone can afford new, or even nicer used tires, but EVERYONE deserves safe tires, thoroughly checked, mounted AND BALANCED. Everyone deserves prompt, courteous service by competent staff and reasonable management. Unfortunately, this place is a rat's nest - dirty, disorganized and even dangerous. You can even bring your own tires in for a cheap mount - but you will receive no semblance of a safety check or proper balancing. You may not even get the correct lug nuts back. Spend the money, get the warranty and trained staff...go to Tire's Plus, Midas, or anywhere else that will stand behind their products and services - and with no hidden fees on the back end.
