::My 10-year-old GE Refrigerator stopped cooling properly. I called Absolute and they came out the next working day, diagnosed a bad evaporator fan in less than 5 minutes and charged $150 plus tax for the diagnoses. They ordered a new fan and when it came in a few days later, they returned and fix the fridge which has been running like new now for a week. The fee for the fan and labor to replace it was $110 plus tax. Overall, I was pleased with the service and would recommend them. The repair cost was not inexpensive but it was less than half the $550 plus tax and delivery of a new replacement refrigerator.

::This was Absolutely the BEST service and repair experience from Absolute Service. I had Absolute Repair take care of a safety recall issue for a Bosch dishwasher. Their follow-up and response time was excellent. They sent a repairman named Jonathan R. to make the service call. He was on-time, friendly, courteous, good with pets, meticulous with detail and cleaned up after himself (no charge as this was a safety recall) While in my home, I was having a problem with my refrigerator and he diagnosed the problem, had the parts ordered and came back within a week. He called before the window of time to tell us of his ETA. Once again Jonathan FAR EXCEEDED our expectations with a stellar service call. Jonathan is a GREAT Brand ambassador for Absolute Repair. This is a 5 STAR experience, look no further, Absolute Repair is my goto source for service and repair. THANK YOU!!!!

::This company is a ripoff! They came to repair the hinges - a recall issue - on our Viking refrigerator door and the repair man broke the touch panel. When we tried to get the company to fix what they broke, they would only do it if we paid them for parts and installation. On top of all that, the owner had the audacity to accuse my husband of breaking the panel after the repair man confessed to my husband that he himself had broken it! If it was up to me I would not even give them one star but I could not get the review to post without giving them something.
