  I've been here several times. The staff is wonderful, and very friendly, from the desk clerks to the hygienists and the dentists too. I hardly ever have to wait to be seen.

  Today is my 3rd visit in the clinic. My first day i wasn't sure . The next day the did what needs to be done. Dr. VERNON EXTRACTED MY BAD TOOTH AND HE MADE SURE I FELT NO PAIN. TODAY HE DID FILLINGS AND HE MADE SURE NO PAIN. DR. VERNON IS THE BEST. HIS ASSISTANT ELENA WAS GREAT. THE RECEPTIONIST JACKIE IS AWESOME. VERY FRIENDLY. DR VERNON, THE TECHNICIANS, ASSISTANTS AND ALL THE STAFF ARE AWESOME. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. WHEN YOU HAVE TEETH PROBLEM GO TO ABDOLUTE DENTAL ON 3945 MARYLAND PKWY. OVERALL, WHEN YOU HAVE HEALTHY MOUTH YOU ARE HEALTHY.

  I called the office located on Maryland Parkway to set up an appointment to get a second opinion. The girl that answered the phone was very helpful. Her name was Cynthia. She was very customer friendly, had a great telephone voice, and was very easy to interact with. You can just tell that she has a great personality. In my business career, I have had many employees who dealt with the customer on the phone and in person. I would rank her right at the top. She would definitely be someone that I would want on the front lines dealing with customers. I applaud Absolute Dental for having the good judgment to have someone like Cynthia on their staff.
