  The staff is rude and uncooperative, I tried to be as nice as I could but the receptionist is rude, incompetent, and acts like she is the owner, I tried to work with them because I have been with the company for years and I used to really like them because Curtis and Tiffany really made it a pleasant experience. My daughter called because she hadnt received her check, shes my aunts caregiver, and asked them to send it and the receptionist was rude and hung up on her, she must not realize that if there are no clients she has no job!!
