  Damaged my car then wouldn't return my calls. After at least 15 attempts to reach them I had to resolve the issue through insurance.

  I've got to be honest- I was extremely skeptical about using this towing company when I first found out they were the ones dispatched because of the poor reviews. In fact, I actually called my insurance company before they arrived at my pick up location to see if if there was any chance that I could change towing companies before they got to me. Fast forward an hour and I found myself in the exact opposite situation I expected to be in. Within the timeframe the dispatcher had provided me, I received a friendly phone call from Hamid that he was outside my building and ready to give me a tow. He was the opposite of pushy on the phone- he took genuine interest in hearing about the extent of damage to my car and wanted to help the unfortunate situation as best he could. He was happy to provide me with a ride to the repair shop that I chose and even offered to connect me with another local shop if I wasn't happy with the initial service estimate. He was extraordinarily professional the entire time, and is clearly a genuinely kind, caring person. I can't say I ever imagine getting towed, but my experience with Hamid was about as excellent an experience as I am able to imagine. Thank you Hamid- I look forward to working with you and Able again in the future should I have additional towing needs!

  The service was horrible! The only reason they get one star is because you can't post unless you make a selection. The driver did not want to tow my car from DC to Virginia to the dealership where I wanted it towed to. He tried to suggest that I have it towed to a garage just down the street. Then, he got into a pissing match with the armed security guards in my building. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a really bad/scary attitude. I did not trust him to tow my car and ultimately had to call another tow company, and subsequently had a positive experience with that company. And got my car towed with no issues.

  One of Able's drivers drove recklessly in NOVA in Sep 2017 driving in the incoming lane of a two lane road simply because he was impatient. When I honked once he got out of his tow truck in the middle of the road and threatened me and my family. I reported it to Able and was asked to submit the picture of the driver I took. Now they are ignoring me. A simple "we apologize" would have been better than silence. Silence infers they condone this behavior and are not a responsible company. I would never use them nor recommend them...ever. Considering a criminal complaint now. Way to go Able.
