  I went in for just two braids didn't even last me until the next day. The bottom unraveled the middle of the braid came apart it wasn't braided into my hair at the bottom, so that came apart, while doing my hair I complained and she caught an attitude for having to do it over, and they are super over priced never again!

  Very professional staff. I asked questions and she answered them throughly. I'm very happy with my braids and will definitely go back.

  I agree the prices are expensive because it was cheaper at my old salon but she explained to me that living in valley stream or Elmont is more expensive than living in other places like Harlem or Jamaica. But even after she explained this I was still confused but she was nice enough to let me bargain with her and lower the price. So please don't call them crooks or insult them just talk and try to bargain with them because they are very nice, understanding people.
