  Wonderful service! Great staff!! The staff was courteous and helpful. The pricing was reasonable. The shuttle was easy to get to. Definitely will use again.

  These folks used to be very good. The last two times I’ve used them I’ve had to wait more than 30 min for a pickup when I return and one was in the winter when it was freezing .Today it’s more than 30 min and I’m still waiting after three calls They either have to get better or it’s tine to find a new place to park long term

  We landed at 8:50PM, I called the office to send a shuttle and they said ok. We waited outside it was 40 degrees out and we had a sick baby in the stroller. The first shuttle just went by me without stopping, I called the office letting him know and he sent another one, after 10 minutes another one passed by without stopping! I called again and complaint and the guy was so rude telling me “don’t blaim me I just got here it’s not my company I don’t care” and hang up! Another shuttle came after 15 minutes and was full and didn’t stop! We waited 40 minutes in the cold until a shuttle stopped and pick us up and the meanwhile other companies shuttles went by dozens of times, when I got there the car was waiting next to the drop off and it was unlocked so I put the baby inside so he won’t be in the cold, when I was about the put the luggage inside, the guy from the office locked the car with the baby inside!! I went to the desk asking him to unlock the car and he ignored me, after yelling that the baby inside he rudely said I unlocked the car what do you want? I said this is the worst service ever why are you treating your customers like this? He again said “it’s not my company you can call in to complain tomorrow when I’m not here, pay me the money you owe so I can let you out of here” This is so insulting and I’m very upset with this service! Never ever again I’ll park there or recommend anyone else to use their service.

  Everyone at there and I mean everyone beware of this business. We waited over an hour to get picked up. I called over 8 times asking what was going on and the girl kept saying they are on their way. NOT. I had my kids with me and my youngest son had school the next day. Our fight landed at 11:15 and it was already 1AM so I decided to try to get an Uber to the lot just to get my car. I called again and told them they should be responsible for that and the girl hung up on me. I WAS LIVID! Finally they showed up and the driver didn't speak English. When we arrived at the lot there was an older couple screaming at the girl in charged saying they waited over 2 hours for their car. I just wanted my key and wanted to get home. I've never dealt with anything like this. The girl was screaming at the older couple using the F work. This company is scary!!!!!! It was a nightmare after a great vacation with my kids. I also just read reviews of people saying that the drivers would use their cars to drive around. Unfortunately I didn't take the mileage so I'm not sure but I did think about them possibly doing that because they keep your key. Do yourself a favor and avoid being in the twilight zone. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Also, I believe this company is posting fake reviews because I followed up on a few and they are phony.

  Great experience! Pulled up 445 am, was out of office 2 min later, went right on the shuttle and was at the terminal a few minutes later. When I landed back at Newark, I called their number from the plane and the shuttle was waiting for me when I came out and my car was waiting in front. Paid and was back in my car within minutes. The staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
