  The woman that was working yesterday was extremely rude. She wouldn't answer any questions I had just said come back later When the owner is here. Her customer service skills are the worst and when your greated with, what do you want instead of how can I help you told be right there that this isn't a place I would ever buy from.

  Very rude service and sloppy work. I had the first arrangement picked up after delivery because it looked nothing like what I paid for and the flowers were already wilted in dirty water. The new arrangement the next day looked better but some of the flowers were also wilted over.

  My husband ordered flowers for.our anniversary to surprise me. They called to let me know they were in the way and arrived 2 hours later. The order was incomplete and his message to me was never even printed to the card. I had to ask for a refund for the items not delivered. Not to mention the flowers were old and already dying. Would never recommend this place.

  Horrible florist. I received a bouquet and balloons from out-of-town relatives. By the next day the roses were all dead. I called the florist to express my concerns. They told me bring them back and they'd replace them for me. I live in Marana they are in south Tucson. That's not going to happen. Never use this florist!
