  What can I say about Anthony and AB Fitness Center! The workouts were challenging but I always make progress! I feel so much stronger! Anthony gave me a meal plan that was so easy to follow. Following his plans I was able to drop over 10% body fat and lose my pregnancy weight! Thank you Anthony and AB Fitness Center for everything! I highly recommend him to everyone

  What can I say , If you are serious about changing your health and lifestyle look no further. If your looking for your best body, your going to have to go with the best trainer in the game. Anthony. He is 100% committed to you and wants to see you do great. I've been with Anthony for 2 years and he became a friend.

  I was looking for a trainer to help me take my next step with my fitness goals. After meeting and working with Anthony I learned one thing. Anthony CARES! There is no 'I' with him only 'We'. We can do this. He works every step of the way with you. The personalized attention to meet your fitness goals can't be beat.

  My fiance and I are getting married this year and decided we needed to get fit. My fiance took the plunge and after training with Anthony for a month and a half he lost 25lbs and looked amazing which pushed me to start. Every week I’m down in inches and body fat. Anthony’s training goes beyond our sessions, he’s extremely involved in my daily diet choices and is always available for questions. I have never looked so forward to my first wedding dress fitting!

  Choosing a trainer is always nerve-wracking. When I contacted Anthony, I instantly knew that he was the trainer for me. This was further confirmed upon meeting him in person. Anthony is sweet-natured and good-humored. He speaks with authority without making you feel stupid, an invaluable quality in a trainer. He is patient and positive. Most times I will go through a set and think, "I can do so much better..." but Anthony is behind me, congratulating me on the progress that I've made, rather than the distance I still have yet to run. Anthony's easy-to-follow meal plan had me seeing results less than a month after we started working together. I made an excellent choice working with AB Fitness!
