  Amazing quality and the best meat we have ever purchased both forequarter and kosher hindquarter. Pictured is a Chateaubriand expertly cut and tied, prepared by me as Beef Wellington. Superb customer service to go along with excellent cuts of meat!

  Chef Alex prepared a delectable GLUTEN FREE meal for my guests, including split pea soup, stuffed cabbage, brisket, chicken francaise, and the most delicious duck risotto you can imagine. All unbelievably delicious. All gluten free. Our gluten free guests had never tasted anything this good; our regular diet guests couldn't believe it was all gluten free. Great job as always, Chef!

  Only place I've seen with Kosher Organics Meats. Also great place to get catered food. Alex and his staff are always ready to help with meat selections suggestions.

  I went shopping there last night and met Alex. He was extremely helpful as well as the men that work behind the counter were. They were courteous, polite and very friendly. I bought some ready made food for dinner last night and it was absolutely delicious. They sold me on being a steady customer. It's convenient as it is only a 10 minute ride from my office so I can shop after work with no problem. I recommend it highly.
