  On April 20, 2018 Aaron's made a delivery to the residents next door to my residence. The two delivery personnel trashed my front yard with fragments of small and large packing foam including plastic. There were debris left in front of my curb. I called the store the next day and spoke with Brian who said he was the assistant manager. I also asked for the contact information for the district and regional manager. Brian did not want to give me the requested info. but only to the corporate office. After communicating with Brian regarding why I was displeased with how my yard was trashed; he asked for my name and phone number and said that he will talk to the manager and see what can be done about this. He stated that he would return my call and never did.

  very good service the staff was so helpful and courteous they got things delivered at a good time could have been a little earlier but it still was really good they got it that that Monday as they said that they would no complaints we have a TV that we wanted to trade back in and they said that was possible and that they would take care of it so we are very pleased with the merchandise

  So this Aaron store is absolutely amazing! When you first walk in you are greeted by the nicest receptionist Rosey, She is very sweet and awesome to talk too, super helpful. Also I had spoke with the GM Hakim about my prior encounters with another Aarons store and he put me at ease with the situation given that I was very upset and stressed out about it. He's very professional and made the whole situation as easy as possible. He was even able to set up a delivery right away which worked with my difficult schedule. Colton delivered my Washer and dryer and hooked up everything for me and answered any and all the questions I had, very friendly guy! This Aarons has the perfect staff and I am really so impressed with how I was treated!! It's amazing how smooth and well things can go when you have such a great staff!

  My son just paid his stereo off in 3 months with no extra charges. Staff was friendly and helpful and the establishment was clean
