  I have been dealing with this location for 16 yrs roughly and the guys there are wonderful! I have been dealing with Tony for years and he is awesome , he is so easy to deal with and accommodates me quickly . I couldn't ask for more . The delivery guys are so nice . I have moved to 2 different cities since and I will always use this location . Thanks Tony you know my mom and I will stay loyal customers . 5 Stars all the way

  Rudest group of staff ever. GM on down the line are ridiculous. No class whatsoever. Buyer beware - do not choose this place! There are plenty of selections in the DFW area where you don’t have to deal with these people

  The worst experience of my life. Ordered a TV online on Saturday 11/25/17 and was told it was express delivery 2-3 days and the store would call to set up delivery. Third day was today and no call to set up delivery, so I called the 1-800 number to check the status of my order, she informed me that it was at the store and to contact the store manager so I did. He's the BIGGEST jerk and has the rudest customer service ever. He told me my order was at his store and he wasn't going to go back and forth with me about my order being at his store and to call the 1-800 number back. I did and cancelled my order. Customer service is trash and I was told by the 1-800 nobody did their job to contact my references or my landlord. I filed a complaint and waiting for the district supervisor to return my call. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!

  Tony is phenonmenal and has the best customer service. I live in McKinney now and still buy from his store because I love their service! They are the best.
