  What a bunch of idiots. Deliveries take more than a week. After I had them pick up the merchandise they kept calling me ( 11 times) about a past due account and could they pick up the merchandise (which they already had. Now a FULL MONTH after the return they are calling me again!!! Piss poor bookkeeping. Piss poor delivery. Unprofessional. Theu have lost my business for good.

  Store is clean and everyone seems nice and professional except a guy at this location named Brian. I had emergency surgery a week ago and im still in the hospital i told him on Monday and he calls today and leaves a voicemail trying to set up a time to return merchandise for being 3 weeks late on a payment after the hundreds of dollars i spent. I have said i dont mind making the double payment next week and paying late fee but calling every day in my situation is not helpful or professional! I would rate five stars but now cannot due to this employee.

  I went and got an used bedroom set which I really loved. So the men was like we can deliver for $50 or whatever but my dad wanted to pick it up. We get there to pick it up and the black men told my daddy they didn’t work (put the furniture on the truck for free) and my dad went off. Smh when I called and told them I was coming to pick it up I told them on the phone that I was on my way && the white man told me they was going to help us load it up smh. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

  This store has the best managers and stuff helping people who need help with the family freindly staffed and right price and manage michael keys is the best he will tell you that wrong and will not make a proms that he can't keep this is a 5 stars store
