  Kind of frustrating that we’ve been waiting over a week for a bedroom set but I do really appreciate the store manager reaching out to me and doing what he could to help and I also appreciate him initiating that conversation. Overall have been really happy with the services we received from our local Aarons.

  Nice, friendly staff, but they didn't have much knowledge about their electronic products.

  I had used arrons onces beforew and service was good. Yesterday i went in and order a full living room. You would think they would love that seeing as i wanted it all. Any ways after waiting and waiting i finally got to proceed with my paperwork and signed all the paper work even had to have my husband leave work to sign his half. I was told every thing was good and would have furniture the next day agter 3. Around 4 i called and was told there was no delevery coming and the man that helped me and told me it would was gone for the day. Im not so much upset that its not comong but more that i was not called or informed of it. I had already givin away my old living room this morning to make room i feel its very unprofessional and inconciderate not hi have let me know that i was not gettimg my furniture the day it was promised
