  They are really really bad service Aaron's is not a place to go to rent any day you will have problems you think that you getting new furniture you getting used

  One of your workers came to collect money at my home and my mother was sleeping as i came home i seen ONE OF YOUR WORKERs ENTERING MY HOME WITH OUT PERMISSION, i tried to call your store to inform you that this behavior is NOT okay under ANY circumstances and someone hung up on me begore i even got to talk . I have a kitten at home and i have not gotten her a collar yet and she could have easily escaped. Please do something about this immediately. I understand money was owed but what if someone was actually not home & the door was left open? Seriously i am beyond LIVID

  Great store great staff the same guy from tapscott location is doing a great job with making the customer happy i paid one of my bill there one time

  They are suffering from Alzheimer's they forget to put memos updating your file and after you pay two days later they call you asking for payment again. Wrong mistake taking this store away from coney island and having incompetent customer service personnel. Just saying iam done with Aaron's.
