  Aren’t trained well . These people threaten you and go to your house and disturb your building . They try to take your information and charge it without your authorization. This isn’t a great place for business

  ALMOST A YEAR LATER STILL NO REFUND OF FUNDS THAT WERE ILLEGALLY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!! NOT EVEN ONE CALL FROM THESE FILTHY PEOPLE! I don’t want to deal with the unprofessional, ghetto employees so I haven’t gone in the store! I will just continue to share my experiences in hopes that it doesn’t happen to others! It’s odd to me that a business as “successful” as Aaron’s wouldn’t have measures in place to reprimand franchise owners in some way for poor business practices. Customer based businesses that don’t take care of customers GO FIGURE!!

  Horrible customer service. I called to ask about their online special. I was told that it would be honored and to come to the store to apply. I did so, and waited waited about 2 weeks. I heard nothing, so I followed up and also asked about the online special since it's now 2 weeks past the deadline. I was assured that it would be accepted. I get there and I'm asked to pay the full amount. I was receiving calls asking if I received the merchandise. As you could imagine, I knew not continue business with. How do you not know the status of your customer's account?

  Wow; such a great experience at this store. Sales manager Adam did an outstanding job. Thank you for making my experience easy and affordable.

  This people are very unprofessional and rude... Late delivery but quick to blow up ypur phone when payment is due.. They dont stop harrasing... I asked to to ger their merchandise and they want to threat me to pay first if not they not coming to pick it up.. And on top of that i took the merchandise on a black friday on a sale and less than 2k and it turn out to 4k... 1st delivery late and incomplete had to wait another month for the rest of my stuff cause they broke it.. And every time i asked for a manager the staff faked to be the manager ... And the managers are more rude them the staff... Racheet ass people... Please no one go here its not worth your time or money .. Buy your furnitures cash your better off that way... Other places will treat you better...
