  I went into Arron’s ( 1614 N Blackstone Ave, Fresno, CA 93703) in august of 2017 and paid in full cash for a refrigerator. When it was the day to deliver my refrigerator, no one showed! When I called they said an employ (Evan) missed placed my file and called in for the next few days that I would have to wait till that employ came back and found my file! A week later that employee (Evan) called me and set me up to get my fridge and apologized for his irresponsibility. Then they no Showed again! When I called to see what was going on an employee (Evan) notified me the refrigerator they sold me had a broken ice maker and they could sell it to me. They offered to give me a rental fridge until they could get a refrigerator from Visalia sent to me. Over the next few months it was excuse after excuse as to why they didn’t have my fridge. They made serval appointments with me to come out and deliver my fridge and no showed. The manager of this Aarons Lupe kept running me in circles. Finally, they came out to deliver my fridge and they brought the wrong one! I still continued to work with them in hopes of getting the fridge I paid for. In Feb of 2018 I started getting notices on my door from Aarons saying “we missed you”. When I called to see what was going on and why no one had told me they were coming to deliver my fridge the manager Lupe was very disrespectful even in the frustration she had re scheduled me for my fridge to be delivered on March 9th from 3pm-7pm. I left work early on March 9th to make sure I would be there and this would all finally be over, but no one ever showed! I called Lupe back and asked her why no one showed up again and she continued to yell at me that she never told me they were coming out! I explained my frustrations to her that she has been running me in loops for 7months now, scheduling me on days they never notified me of, no showing, wrong fridges, broken fridges, scheduling me multiple times and never wrote in down according to other staff, ect. and then she hung up the phone on me! YES HUNG UP ON ME! Very unethical! Lupe is rude, dishonest, unorganized, and lets her staff run the show. When I called back she puts me on hold and refused to let me get through to anyone. NEVER EVER GO HERE!

  Great staff. Evan was really helpful. Lupe made the whole process easy and quick. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 min and got my merchandise delivered the next day. Thank sooooo much

  Was sold a tv and was told it was a 1month old floor model..... Come to find out it was a 2015 tv and when I contacted Evan who helped me to make this right . All he offered me was another used Magnavox tv which is insulting to my intelligence.... I have contacted BBB and corporate to get this deceptive and unlawful business trade stopped so others are not taken advantage of like I was... Shame on them for lieing to me and God knows how many others ....BEWARE OF THEIR LIES AND UNLAWFUL BUSINESS ACTIONS THERE...OR MAYBEIF YOU LIKE BEING taken advantage of Do business with them ...BUT REALLY DONT THEYARE ALRRADY INVOVLED INA CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT FOR UNFAIR BUSINESS practices

  Nothing in stock store looks messy, employees don’t really wanna help you. Talk you out of buying stuff. Very poor service
