  I have had a payment set up for almost a year now and the store manager is harrassing me about it. She gets her payment every week and now she is threatening to take what I am paying for. The store manager is very unprofessional and rude. She says one thing and does another. They need to change the manager to someone who is more polite and reasonable.

  Very unprofessional she called herself the store manager but outside of the duplex telling the neighbors she was gonna call the cops because we where in possession of stolen property??? And my neighbors started calling me and telling me what she is out there telling them.....they didn't knock on my door I have 2 dogs who would of barked etc. So I call the store and talked to Elizabeth and let her know what she is saying and questioned her about that being a confidentiality issue and she said yes. She actually isn't supposed to be disclosing anything to anyone. Thank you Elizabeth maybe you should be the store manager instead cause this lady was out here being very unprofessional....arguing with me like really??!! And I will be contacting your Corp. Office to inform them about her maybe she shouldn't be the one to represent Aarons and yet carrying herself in such a unprofessional manner. Arguing with client's. Customer's is why you have a job and customer satisfaction should be of importance to you. And I never rented stuff from places like this and thought I would give it a try but he'll never again. And if I'm right she is the same one who tried talking to me about another persons account like come on that account has nothing to do with me different name different account etc. Like I said unprofessional.

  If I could give this place a negative 10000 i would but i cant...Not friendly tried to complete an online order with them and because we had two other accounts they couldn't give it to us, first of which i notified them that we had other accounts which i was told was fine. Candice treated us like we were trying to steal from them. Like me and my fiance were ignornat...I honestly felt like i was dicriminated against because she was black and we were white.....I felt like I wasnt the right skin color.......I will never do any business with Aarons again because of this........
