  Worst experience. Period. They will do a terrible sub-standard job, and then, will not even return calls when pointed out of their obviously sub-standard job. My experience was regarding a wheel. They supposedly fixed it. It broke -- and another shop told me that the previous job done was totally terrible. I went back to AAAA (jim), but he didn't even have the courtesy to return back my call (I called twice). The minimum expected from a repair shop is to back up the work that you do. They won't.

  This shop always is so accommodating and friendly. Very quick! The owner Tom is ALWAYS helpful and reasonable. Definitely recommend!

  I have used many different tire shops over the years having 6 vehicles, & had my share of problems. After using aaaa tire there is no doubt, that is the only shop I will ever use ever again, there curtious, respectful, & they always make sure the job is done properly. When you really think about all that can go wrong in using a cheap low cost shop, it's totally not worth the few dollars of savings. I will never use another tire shop again. There great guys to deal with. Also the best part is there prices are very fair.

  Today I swapped a flat tire I had for my 5th wheel on the back of my jeep. Keep in mind I changed this tire moments before entering the shop and remember accurately what this tire was. I needed a single tire taken off and put on the back of my jeep, and for the wheel on the back of my jeep to be remounted with a new tire to match my other 4, where it was already mounted with a tire. I entered the shop today with 5 matching tires albeit one of them was punctured. I should've checked before returning home but the shop remounted both of the wheels they touched, and remounted one of the two with a new similar (but not matching, as I was told on the phone before arriving) uniroyal tire and a "general grabber" which I have never owned in my life, nor are they the stock tires that come on jeeps. The value of the general grabber is negligible in comparison but the reliability of the uniroyal laredo tires I have purchased in the past is what I expect for all 5 of my wheels, and no longer have because I cannot "prove" it beyond the general grabber not being a stock tire and having all of my car receipts in my glove box and not one for "general grabbers". When I returned to the shop, Tommy no longer had his deep New York voice but a higher pitched surprised tone, and his assistant repeatedly denying that I remembered correctly the brand of both tires i swapped no less than 10 minutes before I entered AAAA Tire. Disgraceful.
