  Helpful, friendly staff and a nice waiting room. I get my oil changed here regularly because as a member it's cheaper than anywhere else and I know they'll do what they claim, but everything else I can get done much cheaper elsewhere.

  I scheduled an appointment and when we arrived,my car was taken into the service area on time.Very pleased with their service desk and their technicians!

  My wife was visiting Charlotte for a couple days her brake caliper locked up while in Charlotte. AAA towed it to this facility. They called me to talk to me about the vehicle. They said the brake fluid was boiled and had water in it, said a brake line was blown and broken, and that I needed new rotors, pads, calipers on the front of the vehicle. The first estimate was $965.00. When I called back and said I was going to have the car towed away from their because their price was to high they tried to drop the price to $740.00. But said that would use lesser quality parts. I had the vehicle towed to a mechanic in my hometown and the total cost to repair the vehicle was $330.00 The brake fluid was fine, my mechanic found no damaged hoses and used the top quality parts from the local parts store. These people are criminals avoid them at all costs.

  Great location for AAA , special thanks for the manager there Sam , I had a great experience with them very knowledgeable not pushy and they do the job in a very professional manner , best place in town to fix your car !

  The service people seemed to be kind enough. However, the dealer would charge me $87 for an oil change. My oil change here was $119 with the $20 coupon. I was surprised that this was so much more expensive than the dealer. Also, I ordered tires and ordered the wrong pair from a 3rd party (who AAA has a relationship with). First, they were supposed to email me when the tires arrived which they did not and this caused me to have to call them more than a few times to determine that they did in fact have the tires for several days. Secondly, when I went to get them installed they had taken my old tires off, had my car up only to find out I did not have the correct tires. This was completely my fault. They informed me that they had a tire to fit my car but was unwilling to have the third party ship them the same tire in exchange. They acknowledged how unsafe my car was but was not willing to simply exchange the tires through the third party who they obviously had a relationship with already. We just put the old ones right back on because I was unable to buy 4 tires directly from them. I have been a member of AAA for many years and decided to try their service shop out even after I felt they were a bit expensive on the oil change. I would not recommend this place as they will put profits over your safety.
