  Don’t not go here. If I could score this place a ZERO, I would’ve. They are a bunch of incompetent people working here. I had a prescription sent over to this pharmacy, one day later no one calls to let me know my prescriptions are ready or to check my insurance information. So I call, the man answering the phone who is not attentive to what I’m saying, having me to repeat myself multiple times, tells me, ‘Oh yes we got your prescription yesterday, but your insurance card number is not working.’ I respond and said, “Why didn’t you guys call I would’ve given you the information you needed, and I did last time I was there.” This unprofessional imbecile responds with, “It is not my job to call you to ask you what your insurance information is.” WHAT??? Yes, it is his job to follow up with patients medication and insurances that comes into this pharmacy. If it is not your job to check the validity of insurance and to render prescriptions then why is this pharmacy opened. SMH. He then starts to go back and forth with me. I simply say, “You know what I’ll have my prescriptions sent elsewhere since you want to go back and forth with me.” His response, “Good ahead.” I know this is the Bronx, but there has to be a level of respect and professional when dealing with customers. Customers who’s putting money in their pockets. Absolutely disgusting, AAA pharmacy just lost a customer and maybe more until they get rid of the disgusting, unfriendly, incompetent, and unprofessional staff they have working there.
