  Went in to renew my car registration and update incorrect info on my card. The registration process went seamless! She made the corrections to my card and explained what had taken place. She was very knowledgeable about AAA benefits and provided me with updated information. She was very respectful of my time. Great customer service! Thank you AAA, I will be using your services more often.👍

  I really appreciate being able to take care of my DMV transactions at triple AAA, because it enables me to get it done conveniently and quickly. I recommend using this service.

  Needs to have seats for those disabled when waiting for the DMV line... That said, DMV line is so very Awesome!

  I wanted to add a car to my recent car insurance policy, I asked the guy that I had spoken to a few months ago and he told me to right my name on the board, there was no waiting list no people I waited 5 minutes and left what is the point of having this knuckle heads working when I can just call, also a few years back when I was new the lady that was doing my insurance saw that I had my wedding ring on, shw did not ask me id I was married so I had to call and put it on by calling, what is the point then. Im ssitching to a different insurance now.

  OK I switched my car ins last year from another company to AAA. Sales guy acted like "best friend".....I even switched my homeowners insurance to AAA for addy'l discount. Just got the renewal for car insurance and it was $378 MORE than last year ????!!!!! Say what???!!! Been waiting 4 days for sales guy to return my call, which he said he'd do 4 days ago after "looking into it...." he said his billing dept "failed to give me the homeowners discount for multiple policies". OK, I called the main number listed for Florin Rd AAA and A UTAH AAA ANSWERED!!! She couldn't answer my question about why it went up $375 so she transferred me to their insurance department IN NEW JERSEY!! When the guy answered and I couldn't understand him, I asked if he was in the United States or India....and he said NEW JERSEY! Wait, it gets worse. Then when I was trying to give him the policy number and ask a couple questions the static was so bad I couldn't even hear him and he apologized and said "they've been having issues with their phones with bad states and he was sorry". I hung up. What the hell???!!! Unbelievable.
