  I am a retired veteran with a disability, was expecting this company to service my apt for thanksgiving company. I confirmed an appointment for 11/21/17 at 10am via a groupon which the company confirmed via phone. No one showed up , I called the company at 10:30 and was told that groupon had not confirmed the service. The company never gave me a call back to let me know that there was a problem and the service did not even try to make a deal to provide the service. I called Groupon and they stated that the groupon was listed as redeemed. This is poor customer service and it leaves me out in the cold. Do not use this service they are unreliable and obviously do not care about customer satisfaction. I recommend that this service assigns a secretary who can communicate with groupon and provide callbacks to customers when there is a problem. or stop using groupon.

  My experience with A&A home services has been very enjoyable they were very courteous and very professional.

  Terrible experience. Totally unprofessional. Booked a month ago and they did not appear.

  Horrible Service! Unreliable. Not a legitimate company. We scheduled service with this company for a large client of ours in NY and they never showed up. The owner talks a good game but trust us; as another reputable business on both coast. DO NOT use this company.

  Great, fast, and reliable service. My house was a complete mess because I am hardly home and really don't have time to clean. I was referred to the company by a friend of mines. They did a pretty good jod. I am a satisfied customer 😄
