  I was preparing to sell my house and had a lot of little "odds and ends" type tasks that needed to be done before listing my house. A&A took care of them all for me and did so at what I think was a very reasonably price. I'm happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them.

  Very professional, prompt, reliable and fair. Alex contacted me several times to let me know when he was coming. He power washed my entire house, deck and patio. Would hire him again to do any other jobs in the future.

  After realizing I was in over my head on a condo renovation I searched reviews and decided to call Alex. I called late on a Thursday night and work began the following Wednesday. I initially hired him to tear up parquet flooring, but he offered to tile my bathroom and kitchen for an affordable price. Alex knew my timeline was short as I had to move in that Friday so his team worked around the clock to make it work- the total job took about 36 hours. I notified him of a few small problems with the work and him and his team were back at my earliest convenience to do the repairs without any additional charge. Alex and his team were trustworthy and professional. If anything comes up I wouldn't hesitate to have them back. 100% would recommend to any friends or family.

  We decided to renovate our upstairs and found A&A Affordable Home Improvement through Google. We set up a time to meet with Alex and he came out later that week to give us an estimate. After interviewing about 6 other contractors we decided to go with Alex for the job, which turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. For the amount of work the needed to be done (including painting, total kitchen renovating, installing hardwood floors, fixing everything, ect) his price was truly affordable. You can tell he's a perfectionist, he takes pride in his work. If there is something he feels needs to be change he does it without hesitation. I trusted his opinions as he guided me throughout the renovation. He is very attentive to details and truly transformed our house into a home. We have already hired him to renovate our downstairs as well. His entire team was a pleasure to work with. They were all kind, courteous and hardworking. The entire renovation only took about a month, while other contractors were telling us it could take up to 3 months. Alex was here nearly everyday 7 days a week. He is very professional, hardworking, and truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend A & A Affordable Home Improvement.
