  I came in several times for fingerprinting and felt frustrated every time. The woman behind the counter was rude to me and other customers every time I was there and she seemed very flustered. I came in one day when she was gone, and the man who owns the place said he doesn't actually know how to do any of the fingerprinting, so I had to come back yet again. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the owner was kind even though he didn't seem to know what was going on, and part of the issue I had was due to the way the fingerprinting system works so I understand there wasn't much the employees could actually do about it. However, there is no excuse for bad customer service, especially since I was patient and polite with them even though I felt annoyed.

  Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was able to walk in and get fingerprinted in 15 minutes.

  This place was great. They had me in an out without the waiting lines and the lady there named Maria was friendly, professional, and focused on getting me what I needed, my live scan and visa pics.
