  I have never been treated so horrible in my life please do not waste your hard earned money at this dealership I work extemely hard and all I wanted was a car I could at least depend on to get back and forth to work but instead I got the worst deal of my life the car I purchased was hybrid I didn't even have the car 30days and the battery was going out $1500 for a used battery I didn't know when I purchased the car because the censors had been reset so the lights didn't come on until 2 weeks after purchase I took it back to them and they told me it was just a censor there's no problem with the car I'm guessing they reset the censors again because the lights where no longer on 2days later the lights came on again and I went to have it checked else where and that's when I found out I needed a new battery I went to him with my concerns and he agreed that yes you need a new battery you should have checked this before you purchased I'm not a mechanic by any means but I know what to check for with used cars and unfortunately if the censors where messed with before purchase there is no way I would have known not only did he sell me a car with a bad battery but we had an agreement before the purchase that he would fix the shocks because they where extremely bad (mind you all of this is going on and I haven't even made my first payment) the shocks where never ordered and still not fixed I went to him about my concerns asked him if he could please just put me in another car or if I could just receive my down payment back because I can't even drive the car without it shutting off at stop lights I haven't had this car a month and there is over $3000 dollars in repairs with the battery going out the shocks and the front light went out as well he said that there was nothing he could do because the warranty is as is (the last thing I wanted to here) I just gave him $1500 down on a car that I couldn't drive he said in order to get me in another car he would have to get a car from the auction because there was nothing on the lot that he could put me in in replace of the Lexus it would take like a month so I figured ok maybe I could figure something out until then I had a payment due that day of $500 after our conversation I went to make my payment and to make a credit card payment is a fee of $35 I didn't know so I told her I would just go get cash because $35 dollars is a lot I went to get cash not realizing the time by the time I got it they where closed the next day was x-mas eve and they where closed for the holidays I went out of town for the holidays went to work on tues came home and they picked my car up no phone call or anything I called him to ask him why did he pick my car up I have payment and explained to him I came back you guys where closed and I've been at work all day I can bring you the payment I can't believe you just picked the car up with no warning courtesy call nothing he said there's no getting the car back we picked it up for non payment and we will not continue with the loan I feel completely taken advantage of I work hard for my money and $1500 dollars is not something I can afford to loose I even gave him the benefit of doubt willing to give him another $500 with good faith that he would stick to the agreement and find me another car I honestly feel like he never planned on working with me he had my down payment and he said the hell with me it's cheaper just to take his car back because him picking that car up for non payment is some bs no one ever called me he sold me a horrible car that should not be on the lot and he didn't care to resolve the issue a hybrid car with the battery going out is just the same as a alternater or Moter because those cars run off the battery I've never done one of these reviews but I would never want anyone feeling the way I feel right now taken advantage of people work hard for their money and there is nothing wrong with wanting to deal with honest fair people they are prime example of what we fear when dealing with used in house finance dealerships

  This dealership well this junkyard will not recommended to anyone they just here to still your money and the owner was mad and blackmailed me cause he was missing business whit business after I told him I will not do the job he treated me to take the truck away which he did complete with his threads after all I did got my $$$ back and in top of this didn't got pay for the job I did but like they say there always KARMA so please don't buy nothing from this shifty junkyard even his workers know there's something bad about this place I'm not afraid off speaking up the true will be heard and I will get my money back.

  My experience was a nightmare.at first they put me in a "family c@r that was supposed to be a good car.it was at night and i wasbexcited to get me a car.going home only 1 window rolled down out of 4 every light that could possibly be on was.abs oil etc.i checked the oil the next morning and the oil was going right out the bottom of the motor.not to mention there was no oil in it.they told me they were all sold as is.anyway i wprked for them free one day as a nuce gesture since they did not have a porterwashing cars etclong sory short 0percent interst is if u got perfect credit.if i had perfect credit i would not be going there.i am sure not many get0 percent like they advertise.rhen i put more money down put me in an06 hinda accord.nice car.the transmission went out in two weeks.they said oh well.i got to fix it.i think iboriced it around $2500 to fix.so i tirned it back in.rhey said they were not going to show as a repo on my credit.They Lied.I have a repo on my credit after messing with these snakes for only a monrh. I did not put even 700 miles on rhe car then they tried to get my insurance company to pay for damages to the car.they were telling them the car needed body work which was a lie also i killed that deal by calling insurance co.and telling them what was going on.rhe car looked betrer than when i bought it.oh well just saying check your files before u get into a mess like i did
