  After more than 25 years of a relationship the owner without speaking to us directly doubled our bookeeping rate and expected us to pay? I find Alfonso's behavior after a long relationship to be arrogant, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful, so of course we went elsewhere. He made his employees do all the communication at the end, which was so uncomfortable for them. Shame on you Alfonso.
