    An update for anyone else who got ripped off from Brownlee and his imbecile employees: it took two years but we finally got the last refund check. We had sued back in 2014 and what's sad is the Court already knew who they were and the clerk helped us get all the info correct. Stayed in constant contact with the District Attorney during the whole thing. We had the misfortune of "buying" furniture with Red Chair in 2013 and having police called on us repeatedly for demanding our money back, being called b****es and racial slurs from Ron Smith and his employees. They thought it was funny and even bragged on their FB about being on 9News but glad to know these losers lost everything. Hope you all got your money back too.

    Ron is downright rude and unprofessional. I ordered a dining table on Nov 23 and was told it would be 2 1/2 weeks. Here it is Jan 8 and no furniture. I called the first time after 3 1/2 weeks and was put on hold and disconnected. The woman on the phone didn't have the courtesy of calling me back even though she had my info. Left messages and no return calls. Then I finally spoke to Ron, who belittled me and called me ignorant. He said he would call back in 20 minutes after checking my order. 4 Hours go by no call. Call him and he says he was still checking. Meanwhile I know he is lying because he's giving me info that has nothing to do with my order. He calls back later and speaks to my husband and says he will check and call back. That was like last Wednesday. To date no call back from them. Meanwhile another one of their customers told me that he went into the store trying to get his furniture and the store personnel called the police because he was yelling at them. The police came and the customer showed the receipt and he got his furniture 3 days later.. I guess I will put a claim through my credit card company and report these unprofessional business to BBB. Probably the only way I'll get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

    We ordered our couch, oversized ottoman, rug and mirror from this JOKE of a retailer. When we placed our order, we were told that we would have our furniture on the day we moved into our new place "without a problem." We moved in THREE WEEKS AGO and still don't have furniture!!!!!! Needless to say, I cancelled my order today following a VERY bad attitude from Ron, the sales manager. The biggest issue I had with this bunch of morons was that ANY communication regarding problems that weren't even supposed to exist with my order had to be initiated by myself. They act like it's not their responsibility to contact a customer when things change. All in all, STAY AWAY!!!!!! It's not worth the hassle! I will be going elsewhere and spending a little more money, but at least I'll have furniture!

    BUYERS BEWARE! We ordered a couch and a headboard in mid-September from this place. At the time, they said they would deliver it in 7-10 business days. After 45 days, it was not delivered. Every time we called, we got variations of the same story that it was on the truck from California. They wouldn't even give us a refund because every time we asked they said "the manager is not in the building". They would say they would call on a certain day but never kept their commitments. Eventually we drove to the store to get a refund, because it was obvious they would keep giving us the run-around on the phone. We spoke to Shane who said we could not get a refund because he changed credit card processors. He said to get our money back we should call our credit card company and dispute the charge. Not only that, but he had previously told us that he would give us a free mirror for the trouble. At the store he denied saying that. Shane treated us rudely, disrespectfully, and did not keep his cool. On the phone, they lied to us again and again with variations of the same story. This is a totally unprofessional way to conduct business. I hope A Red Chair goes out business so nobody else has to go through this.

    NEVER GO THERE IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY FURNITURE FOR TWO MONTHS!!! This is by far the worst costumier service ive had. I had a gentleman named, Ron help me. Said with a trusting voice that you will have your furniture in a week to 2 weeks. Its been 7 weeks and when i called today they had no info on my order. BEWARE!! I plan on getting a refund tomorrow... wish me luck! Full review on comments and names coming soon.
