  Great company and great service! I too was very surprised at the other reviews posted. We had an issue with our furnace and called our home warranty, who gave us A&R. They were quick to reach out and set up an appointment. They called prior to coming and were here when they said they would be. Techs were professional, honest, and did everything they could to get us back up and running! Thank you to A&R for being timely, honest, and professional... It's HARD to find these days!!

  If I could give a negative star I would. This company is useless & their supposed repairman don't know anything. I was told by the propane company that a part in the pilot light assembly was incorrect & needed to be changed from natural gas to l.p.. The repairman then claimed the problem was the thermal coupler being cut & a spring missing from a gas valve. The furnace works fine & the only problem is the pilot office is a natural gas part not l.p. part so because these jerks claimed the other was the issue AHS warranty wouldn't authorize repairs. The repairman said he didn't want to get his hands dirty & was upset when he got soot on his hands. I think he was too lazy or didn't know anything about propane & lied about what was wrong. Have a didn't company coming to check it out & well see whose telling the truth here. I don't recommend this company at all.

  Honestly, this company is a joke. My insurance American Shield sent me the company to fix my AC and I had to wait 5 days to schedule an appointment. The technician came to supposedly "fix" the issue, they charged $210 and that the problem was solved, and to my surprise the next day, I had the same issue that they "fixed". I called to schedule another appointment and they gave it to me in 8 days. Tell me, who can live in the Las Vegas heat during the summer time with no AC and with 4 year old twins. When I told the receptionist about this, she brushed it off and said that it didn't matter. I hope the owners of the company take into consideration the people who live in a house hold with elders and babies, that it should be a principle.

  I'm reading through the reviews and I'm kind of surprised. I had very good service. Alex contacted me and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He explained everything he was doing and was very pleasant. Gave me tips on keeping my unit working better in the summer and I could not have asked for better customer service. I plan on having him come back to maintenance my heater in the fall. Not understanding why there is such a yo-yo of reviews from this company.
