  Amazing work, amazing workers in Walid and his staff, amazing prices. We had a serious problem at our business and at the very last second with very little notice A-List was able to fix us in their schedule the same day. I strongly recommend A-List for any problems you might have.

  Even though I first called late in the day on a Wednesday, Walid and Derek immediately made time for me in their schedule and showed up on time early Thursday morning. I've had some bad experiences with exterminators in the past, but I'm not exaggerating when I say that A-List delivered the best service I could have asked for, and then some. They clearly explained every step they were taking and made me feel comfortable knowing they took every step necessary. Overall very outstanding service, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

  I called on Sunday, and Walid Smith was able to squeeze in an appointment for Monday. Mr. Smith arrived at the assigned time, and was as nice a guy in person as on the phone. More to the point, he didn't waste any time getting on with the exterminating procedure. Rather than just applying poison and rushing off, he began by surveying the situation. He explained each step of what he was doing, discussing what, where, and why he was applying each type of bait and chemical, and what results to expect. Perhaps most importantly, he gave solid advice on how to prevent a recurrence of infestation.
